Statistics

One page for how your shop is doing: sales, orders, customers, AI use and SEO, for the period you pick, compared with the period just before it.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Analytics → Statistics.

The Analytics group also holds Order reports (order data you can filter and export) and Product reports. The old Analytics page now opens Statistics, so old bookmarks still work.

Picking a period

Choose Today, 7 days, 30 days (the default), 90 days or Custom. Custom asks for From and To dates, up to 366 days.

The line under the title tells you exactly what you are looking at: the dates, the period it is compared with (the same number of days just before), and that times are Bangladesh time.

Revenue counts every order that is not cancelled or returned — including orders not yet delivered or paid. It will not match a “delivered only” figure.

The four tabs

Business — revenue and orders over time, Top products, Order status, Sales by city, Payment methods, New vs returning customers, and a Stock card with running-low and out-of-stock counts plus cancelled and returned orders. Links take you to the full order and product reports.

AI usage — credits used per day, Credits by tool (what your credits were spent on), Credits left split into monthly, purchased and bonus, and a table of uses and credits per AI action. See AI Studio & AI credits.

AI adoption — whether AI results were actually used: saved, used in a form, undone, not used or failed; how many questions were asked and answered; how many proposed changes were confirmed or undone; and how many AI pictures were made and added to products.

SEO health — Good / Needs work / Poor counts for products, categories, blog posts and pages, the most common problems, and a Fix these first list of the lowest scores. These are today’s scores, not the period’s. The full list is on the SEO health page.

Ask AI about these numbers

Ask AI about these numbers opens AI Studio with a ready-made question about this period compared with the one before — what changed most and what to do next. Clicking it costs nothing; you are charged only when you press Ask there. See AI Studio.

Who sees what

Staff see only the tabs their role allows:

TabNeeds
BusinessReport access
AI usage, AI adoptionAI Studio access
SEO healthAccess to products, categories, blog or pages

A role with none of these sees a message asking the shop owner to add access under Settings → Users & Access → Roles. The AI tabs also disappear if the AI Assistant app is uninstalled. See Team & access.

Common problems

“Revenue here does not match my bank.” Statistics counts every order that is not cancelled or returned, paid or not. Use Online payments for money actually received.

“I can’t see the AI tabs.” Your role has no AI Studio access, or AI Assistant is uninstalled.

“I want the raw data.” Statistics has no export. Use Order reports and export from there.
