AI Studio & AI credits
AI in your dashboard does two kinds of work. In your editors it writes product copy, SEO text, blog posts and pictures — see Writing with AI and AI images. On the AI Studio page you ask questions about your shop in plain Bangla or English, and it can propose changes for you to confirm.
Both run on AI credits.
Where to find it
Sidebar → AI Studio. The page has two tabs: Ask about your shop and History. Your credit balance sits above them.
AI Studio belongs to the AI Assistant app, which comes with your plan. If AI Assistant is uninstalled, AI Studio leaves the sidebar and every AI button in your editors disappears. Your credits and history are kept — install it again from the App Store to get them back. See Apps.
AI credits
Every AI action costs a few credits. The balance card shows:
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| AI credits available | Everything you can spend right now |
| Monthly | This month’s credits from your package, used / allowance |
| Purchased & bonus | Credit packs you bought, plus any bonus credits |
| Next expiry | When the soonest pack or bonus credits run out |
Where credits come from:
- Monthly credits come with your package. They refill on the 1st of each month, and unused monthly credits do not carry over.
- Credit packs are bought once and last 12 months.
- Bonus credits are added to your balance and show under Purchased & bonus, with their own expiry date.
Monthly credits are spent first, then packs. So a pack you bought is only used once the month’s allowance runs out.
Getting more credits
Buy credits on the balance card opens the AI credits page:
- Upgrade package — a bigger package gives more monthly credits. See Billing.
- Buy a credit pack — opens the AI Credits app in the App Store, where you pay for a pack.
If your package has no credits at all, AI buttons still show but look faded with a Get AI credits label, which takes you to the same page.
What each action costs
Every AI button shows its cost, for example 2 credits, before you press it. The AI credits page lists all of them under What each tool costs. At the time of writing:
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Ask a question about your shop | 3 |
| Product title & description | 2 |
| SEO title & description | 1 |
| SEO suggestions | 1 |
| Blog outline | 2 |
| Blog post | 8 |
| Category description | 2 |
| Create a product with AI | 3 |
| Create a category or brand with AI | 2 |
| Generate a picture | 12 |
| Edit a picture | 8 |
Prices can change — the button always shows the current cost. Bulk actions multiply it by the number of items and ask you to confirm the total first.
A failed attempt is never charged. If AI cannot answer or a picture fails, no credits are taken.
When you run out, a Not enough AI credits message appears with a Get AI credits button. Nothing was charged for that attempt.
Ask about your shop
- Open AI Studio — Ask about your shop is the first tab.
- Choose the answer language: বাংলা or English.
- Type a question, or click one of the example questions. Up to 500 characters.
- Press Ask. The button shows what the question costs.
Ask about your own sales, stock and customers — for example “What were my best sellers this month?”
The answer is built from your real orders and products. It can include:
- Highlights — the key figures
- A chart or table (use Show table to see the numbers behind a chart)
- Sources — which data was used, for which period and filters
You also reach this tab from Ask AI about your shop on the Dashboard and in Order Reports, and from Ask AI about these numbers in Statistics.
When AI proposes a change
You can also ask for a change, for example “raise the prices in Hoodies by 5%”. AI never changes anything itself. It shows a proposed change card:
| Kind | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Change product prices | New prices, including variants |
| Publish or hide products | Show or hide products on your storefront |
| Create a coupon | A new coupon with the terms you asked for |
The card lists every item with before → after, plus any items it will skip and why. Then:
- Check the list.
- Press Confirm…, then Yes, make the change. Or press Cancel.
- If you change your mind afterwards, press Undo on the card or in History.
Things to know:
- A proposal expires. A countdown shows the time left to confirm — about 15 minutes. After that it says Expired: ask again for a fresh one.
- Out of date means your prices or products changed after the preview was made, so nothing was changed. Ask again.
- Undo is refused if the products were changed again after the AI change.
- Only the question is charged. Confirming, cancelling and undoing are free.
- A staff role without permission for that change sees “Ask the shop owner to confirm it.”
History
The History tab has three views:
- Questions — your past questions and answers, with the credits each cost
- Changes — every proposed change and its status (waiting, done, undone, cancelled, expired, out of date, failed), with Undo where still possible
- AI tools — everything the editor tools made, filtered by tool, with the credits used and Undo or download where available

Common problems
“The AI buttons are greyed out with Get AI credits.” Your package has no AI credits. Upgrade, or buy a credit pack.
“The button is disabled and says Not enough AI credits.” You have some credits, but fewer than this action needs. The tooltip says how many.
“AI Studio is gone from my sidebar.” AI Assistant was uninstalled, or your role has no AI Studio access.
“My proposal says Expired.” Proposals only last a short time. Ask the same question again and confirm promptly.
“I bought a pack but my balance went down from monthly first.” That is by design — monthly credits are used before packs, because they do not carry over.
