Analytics
Sidebar → Orders → Analytics.
This page is a signpost, not a report. It holds two links and a placeholder.
What is actually here
Two cards, each opening a report documented elsewhere in this guide:
| Card | Goes to |
|---|---|
| Order Reports | Order reports — revenue, order counts, status breakdowns |
| Product Reports | Product reports — your catalogue as a filterable list |
Below them sits a card reading “Advanced Analytics Coming Soon”, promising charts, funnels and customer insights. That is not built. There is nothing behind it and nothing to switch on — treat it as a note about a future release rather than a feature you are missing.
Where the numbers you actually want live
Nothing on this page computes anything, so if you came here looking for figures, go straight to one of these instead:
| Question | Where to look |
|---|---|
| How much did I sell this month? | Order reports — set the date range, raise Per page |
| Which orders are still unpaid? | Order list — filter payment status |
| How is my catalogue doing? | Product reports |
| Sales trend versus last month | Marketing overview — it has the growth percentages |
| How much of my plan have I used? | Package Overview |
The marketing overview is the closest thing to a dashboard the platform currently has: total sales, total orders, average order value, and this month against last with a growth figure.
Common problems
“Advanced Analytics never loads.” It is a placeholder, not a slow page. Nothing will appear.
“I want a chart of daily sales.” There is no chart anywhere in the dashboard yet. Export from Order reports and chart it in Excel or Google Sheets — that is the honest workaround today.
